"For me, geometry - nature's patterns, its footprint - is also present in human hands and minds.
I find fabulous adventure in the slow and patient discovery of all that is hidden. Content with my discovery and convinced of its truth,
I ponder it with a mixture of surprise, wonder and respect.
Creative action is not susceptible to control, but an artist's creative perception is their life's journal.

"There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living."
Nelson Mandela

While I've always been able to find plenty of reasons for my tendency to convey my thoughts and feelings pencil and sketch pad in hand, perhaps most essentially it's because I find drawing extremely rewarding, for it fills a need.
I'm indebted to drawing not only for the serenity it has brought me in the midst of life's troubles, but also for the pleasure I derive from my attempts to excel, to improve with each work, even if simply to acquire greater self-knowledge.
My works reveal my attention to form, my devotion to geometry and my reverence for imagination (perhaps our most valuable trait).
Once defined, my hyperactive and interchangeable perceptions "need to be embodied": I feel the urge to bring them to life, like and actor personifying his own exisential role.
I always aim to harmonise works and their frames, which for me are an extension on, a supplement to, the landscape within, like forms embracing other forms.
